Most home care companies are built the same way. A roster of available workers, a minimum visit length that suits the schedule, a rate that leaves caregivers with a fraction of what you pay. The relationship is incidental and the care is transactional.
We think that’s backwards.
Care is fundamentally relational. It requires consistency, trust, and the kind of knowledge that only comes from showing up for the same person. WovenIN is built around that conviction, and around the belief that the people called to do this work deserve to be treated with the same dignity as the people they serve.
